TERMS OF USE

YOU

• Grant to us a limited non exclusive license to display any material you post on our site to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute on and through the Index7 services which will terminate when you remove your posting That licence doe not permit us to make any other use of the material
• are solely responsible for
  
  • what you post on or through any of the Index7 services
  • choosing and maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• Shall notify us immediately if you
  
  • suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password
  • If you become aware of misuse of the Index7 services by any person
• shall not
  • Use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party
  • copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any part of any posting appearing on or through the Index7 Services unless it is our own posting.
• Make any posting which
  • features any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter
  • is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
  • harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
  • exploits people in a sexual or violent manner
  • contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;
  • solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
  • promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, containing anything which is defamatory
  • promotes or contains any unauthorized infringement of the intellectual property of another
  • promotes or assist in any way with the propagation of transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or "spamming";
  • contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (being those not linked to or from another accessible page);
  • interferes with, disrupts, or creates and an undue burden on the Index7 Services or the networks or services connected to the Index7 Services;
  • attempts to impersonate another person
• Must
  • Register with us before making a posting and when making a posting, represent and warrant to us that
  • all registration information you submit or have submitted is truthful and accurate;
  • you will maintain the accuracy of such information;
  • you are 18 years of age or older; and
  • your use of the Index7 Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation

WE

• do not
  • warrant in any way that we have reviewed any postings
  • represent in any way that any posting reflects our views or policies
  • make any warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy and reliability of any posting
• shall grant you a limited, revocable, license (with no right to sub license) to reproduce and display the Index7.co.uk Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the Index7 Website and using the Index7 Services
• may
  
  • reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Index7 Services at any time, particularly where you have breached the prohibitions contained in these Terms of Use, with or without prior notice.,
  • delete any posting or part there of that in our sole judgment violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person
  • Block you Posting any material on the site but if we do we shall first remove any of your postings

Term and Termination.
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Index7 Services or are a Member. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the site.

Modification of these terms
We may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by us on the Index7 Website. We will inform Members by email about such modifications. If you do not agree with such modification you have the right to terminate your membership. You agree to be bound by any changes to this Agreement when you use the Index7 Services after the modification has been posted.

Intellectual Property Policy.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed in any posting, please provide us with

• an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
• a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (iii) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Index7 Services;
• your address, telephone number, and email address;
• a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement by you, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the relevant interested party in the rights alleged to be infringed or authorized to act on the relevant person's behalf
