(Q) I would like to see a larger version of the cover image, is this possible
(A) Yes, when you are viewing the details of the title, simply click on the cover image and it will be returned at larger dimensions
(Q) My images are larger than your maximum, how can I make them more appropriate?
(A) You can resize images either on your own computer, or online.

On your own computer. Virtually any image editing program provides resizing options. For best results a width and height of around 600 pixels is recommended. The image must also be in RGB format (if you don't know what this means then you are probably already OK)
Microsoft Windows Paint is a common example as this comes on virtually all Windows PCs and is normally located under Start -> (all) programs -> Accessories. Open your image using file -> open and then select the new dimensions under image Stretch/Skew. You can view the image size using Image -> Attributes.
Adobe Photoshop. Open the image using File -> Open and resize it using Image -> Image Size

(Q) I'm having trouble logging into the members area
(A) The majority of login problems result from incorrect login details, therefore as a first step you should request that your login details be emailed to you by the forgotten password wizard. If you are sure that your login details are correct then it may be that you have cookies turned off or other security software blocking data which our site requires to verify your authenticity, you can test for these problems using our cookie checker.
(Q) When I created an entry on the site my image didn’t upload. How can I rectify this?
(A) Log into your account and select "Manage My Image Library."
Once in there upload the jpeg you want to assign to the release.
When you've done this toggle back to the Members Menu and select "Edit Entry." Select the relevant title. And once in that menu, if you click the "Cover Image" box your recently uploaded image should be able to be selected. Once you've got that showing up on the screen select "Update" .
(Q) Why can't I create the personalised label address with the details I want?
(A) Personalised Label Addresses allow labels administrators to create a unique address which will always show their titles together. You can apply for any address you like and the addresses will always take the format of http://www.index7.co.uk/labels/<your_name_here>. This should not be confused with methods of advertising your label website however. Label addresses are restricted to alphanumeric characters (i.e. A-Z and 0-9) and any other characters will be removed automatically during your application. Applications are normally processed and live on the site within around 5 minutes although in extreme situations they can take 24 hours.
